Dr Sezgin Ecological Carpet Cleaning Factory is established in 2007 and is situated in city of BURSA, TURKEY. Dr Sezgin is the most modern carpet washing factory in the city that meets ISO requirements. We have 900 m2 close and 2300 m2 open area where 3200 m2 carpets can be washed per day.
Our expertising field is carpet washing, we are especially good at washing valuable carpets, silk/handmade or nepal/china wool carpets. We use the latest technological advances to wash your carpets in the best possible way by using particul filtered, lime free soft water and organic shampoos (ERA111.com) which contain no chemicals. We have stainless steel PLC equipment made by DONERTAS (check from the references of donertas.com.tr). We have a PLC full automatic normal carpet washing machine with four brushes, three spin dry machines, one blanked washing machine, one carpet combing and vacuming machine. Only Dr Sezgin uses these equipment in the town.
When carpets come to our place we handle them with great care. Hand made carpets are washed in a seperate environment with special brushes. After washing we also apply a color preserving substance for a good shine. We dry your carpets in a dust free natural environment on specially desingned stainless hooks.

How we wash a carpet is; first its surface cleaned, checked if there is any damage and measured, and then registered to our computer system. The system gives each carpet an identity number which labelled to the carpet. Then it is washed according to the specifications by our qualified staff. Later spin dried and put on a hook for drying. The spin dry machines are pipe type in which we put carpets as rolled. So when the machine spins to dry, the carpets comes out with a little humidity just 5 per cent) and no folding traces on carpet at all. When the carpet dried we take it from the hook and put on the combing machine where the little residual particles stuck on the surface of the carpet is vacumed and combed at the same time with a special brush. In the final process the carpet is quality checked, parfumed and packed for delivery.

Living on a clean carpet is vitally important not only for us but also for our babies who spend most of their times on carpets. Our suggestion to you is that do not wipe your rugs or carpets, this causes the dirt go deeper and may later produce bactaria. To prevent this the carpet should be washed completely by a professional cleaner. In additionally the places your carpets washed should meet the hygeni requirements.
